Easter 2008

Date 9/8/2008
Another Easter Monday. About fifty of us spent the day at the summer home of one of our member families somewhere near Corinth. The fellowship was excellent. And so was the food. Lambs roasted on the spit and plenty of other goodies left nobody unsatisfied. The worship hour was a real blessing, as, besides a small message from the Bible, songs and prayers, there were also questions and answers on personal and general matters, testimonies and other particulars. When time came for us to break up none wanted to start. Thank God for these and so many other blessings, but we are happy to be looking forward to that blessed reunion at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb! Then there will be no parting for ever and ever! To God be the glory!

They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
